HOUSTON -- Police arrested a man on suspicion of driving while intoxicated following a three-vehicle crash on the Gulf Freeway.
It happened near the exit for Howard around 1:30 a.m. Monday.
According to Houston police, the driver was traveling northbound when he ran into the back of a slower moving BMW. The BMW then hit a third car.
Some of the passengers had minor bumps and bruises, but no serious injuries were reported in any of the vehicles.
The driver of the SUV that caused the crash was taken into custody, police said.
