HOUSTON -- A man accused of planting a cell phone in a women's restroom at the Mockingbird Bistro had his first day in court Wednesday.

Investigators say Gerardo Andrade is accused of putting the phone in the bathroom at Mockingbird Bistro where a customer found it still recording video.

Andrade worked at the bistro, but has since been fired.

He's charged with improper photography and is being held on $50,000 bond.
