BUFORD, Ga. -- Jaclyn Ellis has just joined a new dating website. With so many dating sites out there, it may not seem like there's a need for another one. But Lauren Ellis, Jaclyn's sister, saw a need.

"It's hard to find somebody like her," Lauren says of her older sister.

Lauren and her fiancé, Michael Robbins – who also happens to be a web developer – created a dating website called Special Bridge. It caters to people with disabilities.

"The one thing we ask when they sign up is they have to say what their disability is," Robbins explains. "And so we have a feature on the site where you can actually browse by disability, whether it be autism or Down syndrome or dyslexia."

This is how Jaclyn, who has epilepsy and learning disabilities, envisions a relationship: "You become friends first and then slowly it blossoms into something." Watch the video above to see Jacyln's excitement as she discovers a new message in her inbox.

When asked what it would be like to find a boyfriend through Special Bridge, Jaclyn laughs and says, "A miracle!"
