HOUSTON Houston police homicide investigators have identified and charged a teenage suspect in the fatal shooting of a man and the sexual assault of a woman in northwest Houston.
The crime happened on January 16 in the 7900 block of Ellinger Lane at about 7:45 p.m., investigators said.

He is accused in the shooting of Vu Hoan Vuong, 35, who was transported to a hospital where he later died. The adult female victim was treated at an area hospital and released.
Investigators said the victims had just returned home and were unloading their vehicle in the garage when they were suddenly approached by an unknown suspect who demanded their money. Then the couple was forced inside their townhome at gunpoint. Vuong was shot and the female sexually assaulted.
