HARRIS COUNTY, Texas Deputy constables are searching for three men who opened fire during a robbery at a Tomball-area gas station late Thursday.

Harris County Constable Precinct 4 responded to the Diamond Shamrock In-and-Out on Boudreaux Road near Sharon Parkway around 9:30 p.m.

Witnesses tell KHOU 11 News that three armed men wearing masks went into the store and forced a customer to the ground. Two of the suspects then jumped the counter and took cigarettes and cash.

In a car parked outside, the girlfriend of the man who was forced to the ground saw what was going on, and she went to the front door to yell at the gunmen.

I was like, 'Let my boyfriend go. Let my boyfriend go,' Kristen Dowell said. He pointed the gun right at me, shot the window out. I knew he was going to shoot and I ducked.

Shattered glass from the store s door nicked her cheek. Dowell then ran back to her car to get her phone, hid behind the store and called police. The robbers took off.

Well, I guess God didn't want me to go today, Dowell said.

Minutes later, at about 10 p.m., surveillance video shows what appears to be the same three robbers pushing into the Texaco on FM 2920 in Tomball. Mothers with their children were inside at the time.

(A) little boy yells, 'Robbers, robbers!' They run to the back, Misty Johnson said. Johnson was inside the store with her 14-year-old son. I grab my son and try to run, the dude pushes me back in with a gun to my head and says, 'Get down. Get down.'

In a surveillance picture, a robber is seen holding a gun on a mother who is holding her baby. The ordeal left Johnson shaken and mad.

This is (expletive), she said. We work hard for our money and they come in and take everything...go get a job. Earn your own money.

The gunmen took off into the night without firing any shots in the second robbery.

No one was seriously injured in the hold-ups.

The three bandits have not been captured.
