FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas -- Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers, Inc. is seeking information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspects involved in multiple Richmond area burglary cases.
On Thursday, April 18, 2013, two residences were burglarized and another had a burglary attempt in the Grand River and River Forest subdivisions, all located off of FM 359 in the Richmond area.
In the Grand River case, the burglars fled the scene after a homeowner foiled their attempts at trying to pry open a back door.
In the first River Forest case, the burglars gained entry to the house by kicking in a door, but the homeowner said nothing had been stolen.
In the second River Forest case, the suspects did manage to pry open the back door and, once inside, stole four rifles.
Through surveillance cameras and eyewitnesses, two sketches of the suspects were made.
The first suspect is said to be about 6 feet tall, weighs about 160 pounds and appears to be in his mid-20s. He had light-colored eyes (possibly green), with multiple tattoos on his arm and neck. He had his lip pierced and multiple piercings in his ears. During the attempted burglary, he was wearing a long-sleeve flannel-type shirt with a striped doo rag on his head.
The second suspect is about 5 feet 7 inches tall with a stocky or muscular build. He s estimated to be in his late 20s and has multiple tattoos on his arm. During the attempted burglary, he was wearing a gray long-sleeve shirt and a doo-rag on his head.
There is also a third suspect; a woman with a medium build and dark hair.
The suspects were driving what is believed to be a black Hyundai Tiburon or Nissan Altima.
Anyone with information which leads to the apprehension and filing of charges on the suspects could earn a reward of up to $5,000.
