HOUSTON A suspect has been arrested in connection with thepellet gun shooting deaths of a mother offour and a 20-year-old man.

Desi Thomas, 33,is charged with murder in the death of 57-year-old Frankie Cooper. Affectionately called Miss Frankie by everyone in the neighborhood,shewas found dead at her home in the 1100 block of Neyland around 5:30 a.m. Wednesday. She'd been shot in the head with a pellet gun.

Dan Thomas, 20, was also shot with a pellet gun. He was rushed to the hospital, but he later died.

Cooper's 21-year-old son, Justin, wastreated for a minor wound.

Police said Thomas was at Cooper's north Houston home Tuesday night and had gotten into an argument with Miss Frankie. She ordered him to leave and told him not to return because he was causing trouble. He camebackwhile the victims weresleeping and opened fire, according to police.
