HOUSTON FOX Sports is reporting that the NFL is looking into an incident that occurred between Houston Texans defensive end Antonio Smith and Miami Dolphins OL Richie Incognito.

During the second quarter of Saturday s pre-season game, Smith and Incognito got tied up along the left side of the offensive line. As the play developed away from them, the two continued to push one resulting in Incognito s helmet to come off.

Video then shows Smith swing Incognito s helmet towards him, nearly missing the Dolphins offensive lineman. Here is a link to the video that was first played on FOX Sports 1, that has now made it's way to YouTube.

After the game, Smith was asked about his tussle with his rival, but didn t want to really talk about it much.

Next question, Smith said with a smile.

FOX Sports reports that the league is looking at the video to determine if any fine or suspension will be handed out. That could be announced later this week.

This isn t the first time Smith and Incognito have been involved in an altercation on the football field. Last year, Smith was fined $21,000 last year for kicking Incognito during the season opener at Reliant Stadium.
