HOUSTON An ex-West Point cadet from Houston who says he was attacked by Patti LaBelle s entourage at Bush Intercontinental Airport has added another name to his lawsuit.

Richard King is suing LaBelle, her bodyguards and the airport over the incident, which was caught on video in March.

King said LaBelle s driver knocked him unconscious because he was standing too close to the singer s luggage.

Now, King s attorneys have added an airport employee to the lawsuit.

They claim the airport employee called West Point and lied to officials about King s role in the incident.

The academy then dismissed King, and he has to wait more than a year to reapply.
