HOUSTON -- An energy company is trying to make things right with a Houston woman who was ripped off.

Surveillance video showed a man stopping at Mona Wallace's house on Monday.

He was wearing a Just Energy badge and offered her a deal on her electric rates.

But when she was distracted, the man grabbed two tablet computers belonging to Wallace's grandchildren and took off.

Just Energy says they have identified the man in the video. It's unclear if he worked for the company, but officials say they have given his information to Houston police.

The company has given the Wallace family two new tablets.
