LEAGUE CITY A lawsuit brought by a group of day laborers in League City over their right to solicit work in the city may end up costing the city more than $500,000.

The Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund is seeking compensation for attorneys fees and costs to the tune of $503,633.
