HOUSTON Both Bush and Hobby airports faced several dozen delays earlier Friday, according to Darian Ward with the Houston Airport System.

Depending on the forecast, more delays are expected as the East Coast braces for the storm.

Ward said there were over 50 delays earlier Friday out of both airports, but primarily out of Bush.

In addition, flights to and from Boston ended at 3 p.m. CT. Flights into La Guardia, Newark and JFK were also halted.

There was minimal traffic impact at both Bush and Hobby as people stayed home Friday after getting information about cancellations.
