HOUSTON - Some parts of Houston received a nice downpour early Tuesday morning but not enough to cause the flooding that Air 11 spotted on the northwest side of town. A water main reportedly broke in the 14600 block of Hempstead Road. Officials said an 18-wheeler struck a fire hydrant, causing nearby roads and parking lots to flood.
