DALLAS The Dallas Center for Architecture is celebrating the little builders in all of us.
The institution currently has an entire display of masterpieces made from Lincoln Logs, Legos, and just ordinary wooden blocks.
The Building Toys and Toy Buildings exhibition is free for kids of all ages even the adult ones who want to re-live the good old days.
As a bonus, there is a construction zone where kids can create their own buildings once they have been inspired by the display.
It's been neat because it's interactive for the kids, said parent Mark Hoesterey. They get to touch the toys and play with them and use their imagination.
The exhibit is open to the public at the Dallas Center for Architecture, 1909 Woodall Rodgers Freeway, Suite 100, now through January 4.
