Some students will be heading back to school this year with a new look due to plastic surgery.

The number of teens and children going under the knife to change their appearance has jumped 30 percent over the past decade.

Dr. Thomas Jenneby said, Adults get surgery to stand out; kids and teens get plastic surgery to fit in.
