HOUSTON -- If you are an AT&T customer, you could be up for a refund.

The company has agreed to settle a class-action lawsuit over Internet taxes after a group of customers said the fees violated the Internet tax freedom act.

Many A-T&T customers have been receiving text messages about the lawsuit.

If you used your phone to surf online from November 2005 to this past September, you may be included in the class action settlement.

AT&T said it believes the taxes were proper, and denied any wrongdoing.

A court still has to approve the settlement in March of 2011.

There was no word on the size of the refunds.
