HOUSTON -- With Election Day less than two days away, Harris County election judges picked up their election packets Sunday at Reliant Arena.

In the past, the packets were given out at the county's election training center, but that burned down in a fire earlier this year. While Harris County has replaced its election equipment, a number of changes are causing headaches for poll workers.

I've got four boxes that weigh 25 pounds each of paper ballots, so in addition to our normal electronic voting, we're also going to have to deal with paper ballots, said Election Judge Donna Hilsher.

Judges are only getting two days to pick up their packets this year, when in the past they were given three.
