HOUSTON-- A high school in Georgia held its first ever racially integrated prom last weekend.

In the past, Wilcox County High School did not host a dance so the parents hosted private parties, and that lead to separate events.

The school does host an annual integrated dance called the Military Ball, but says it will discuss hosting an official prom next year.
