HOUSTON Houston police were questioning the brother of a man who died after he suffered apuncture wound and collapsed near a pile of trash in northeast Houston early Thursday.

Police said Joseph Orin Perry, 50, approached his brother in the 4100 block of Dorchester around 1:30 a.m.
The brother said Perry became irate and grabbed him around the neck, but let him go and walked off to a grassy area, where hecollapsed near a trash pile.
The brother said after Perry collapsed, he got back up, then collapsed again.
As Perry stood up, his brother saw blood coming from his neck area
A witness walking nearby called 911.
Perry was transported to LBJ Hospital, where he died.
Police took Perry s brother in for questioning.
It was not known if Perry s brother injured him, or if he fell on something sharp.
