HOUSTON A man who collapsed during the Aramco Houston Half-Marathon Sunday was still hospitalized in critical condition Monday.

The marathon s medical director said the runner had heart problems.

He had to be resuscitated on the course.

Another runner received medical treatment when his body temperature shot up to 108 degrees.

He was taken to the hospital for observation.
