HOUSTON -- Houston police have arrested the third and final suspect wanted in the assault and kidnapping of a 28-year-old female at 8800 Lake Forest Boulevard around 2 a.m. on June 30.

The third suspect, Justin Darreal Johnson, 20, was taken into custody on Tuesday at 3:50 p.m. and charged with kidnapping. Roy Dean Griffin, 20, and Delton T. Sidney, 21, were arrested on July 8 and also charged with kidnapping.

According to police, the female victim was involved in a verbal argument with her boyfriend at Time Saver convenience store at 9430 Mesa at Tidwell. She proceeded to get into a vehicle with three unknown males and was then driven around the Lakewood subdivision.

The woman was physically assaulted and a rape attempt was also made before she was able to flee on foot from the suspects.

After investigators released surveillance video to the public, a Crime Stoppers tip led to the identities of the three wanted suspects. Sidney and Griffin were arrested on July 8. Griffin had changed his appearance and cut his dreadlocks since the day of the incident.
