CONROE, Texas Four teenage boys are facing charges of aggravated sexual assault following an alleged gang rape in a gated, upscale neighborhood near Conroe.

The mother of the victims is demanding justice.

They took something from my girls that they can never get back, said the mother.

The victims are 13-year-old stepsisters.

According to sources close to the investigation, the incident occurred in the April Sound subdivision in July. The girls said they were lured to a house by older teenage boys and plied with alcohol.

The girls claim the boys raped them in the house. After the incident, the girls said they ran home and accidently left some of their clothes behind. A few days later, they were invited to a different house to get their things.

Once inside, the girls said they were raped again by the same group of boys.

The hardest part for me to deal with is to think of how my girls had to suffer, the mother said.

On Tuesday, a Montgomery County Grand Jury indicted all four boys on charges of aggravated sexual assault on a minor.

Three of the suspects are 15 and will be prosecuted as juveniles.

One suspect, an 18-year-old male, will be prosecuted as an adult.

The victims family attorney said the case should send a powerful message.

This is not a joke, said attorney Michael Griffin. If there are children involved, then there s no defense to it.

The victims and some of the suspects attend Montgomery County Junior High. The victims mother said classmates are teasing her daughters and calling them names.

They call them all sorts of terrible things. My girls are reliving what happened every day, the mother said.

She wants other parents to keep a closer watch on their kids.

You think you know what they re doing, but you don t know it all, she said.
