HOUSTON Wednesday will bring more usually warm weather for the area, but a change is expected as the week ends, KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Gene Norman said.

The day will begin with lows in the upper 60s and will warm up to the upper 80s.

The seven-day forecast shows the colder weather we ll all been waiting for is expected to arrive sooner than expected.

On Friday we get that wind shift from south to north, he said. I ve got 74 for a high, but some neighborhoods north of I-10 may not get out of the 70s on Friday it may be one of those flip-flop days where you ll have your high temperatures in the morning, and then it gets cooler during the day.

Then on Saturday and Sunday it will be chilly and cloudy.
