HOUSTON Certain parts of Texas are already be affected by the cool front that s going to bring a dip in temperature to Houston this weekend.

According to KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist Gene Norman, we may get into the low 90s around noon on Saturday, but by 4 p.m. temperatures are expected to dip into the mid-80s.

There s still a 30% chance of rain south of I-10 in the afternoon, but other than some isolated showers, everyone should be enjoying some finer conditions by Saturday evening.

There s lots of sunshine for the rest of the week and things won t heat up too much, with highs in the low 90s.
