MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas A county employee is accused of trying to set up a sexual encounter with a teenage boy, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney s Office.

Donald Edward Huse, 50, was arrested Friday on charges of online solicitation of a minor.

Investigators with the Montgomery County District Attorney s new Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force said that Huse was cruising social networking sites when he made contact with a task force investigator. Huse believed he was communicating with and setting up a sexual encounter with a 16-year-old boy.

According to Det. Jeff Nichols, a Conroe Police Department officer assigned to the task force, Huse set up the meeting with the intent to go to a bathroom in the Montgomery County Courthouse for the encounter. Instead, he was met by investigators and arrested.

Huse was the fourth person arrested in Montgomery County since the task force began investigating social media websites. He works for Montgomery County s DWI court program as a counselor. He previously held a teaching certificate through the state of Texas.

Huse s bond was set by a magistrate at $250,000. No court date has been set.
