MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas -- The 19-year-old Montgomery County man charged with killing his own sister was originally jailed on a sexual assault charge just two months ago, and investigators say that incident involved his 15-year-old girlfriend.
Police confirmed that they caught Jordan Boijseauneau in a car in a Tomball park back in May, engaged in a consensual act with his girlfriend. He was charged with sexual assault and released on bond, pending trial.
He was originally ordered to stay away from the girl, but court records show that protection order was amended and removed on July 18, 2012.
Montgomery County investigators say his 15-year-old girlfriend was tied up with duct tape at his home in Hockley on Tuesday when Boijseauneau killed his 17-year-old sister, Estephani, with a blunt object.
Friends are blaming a drug problem for the attack. Detectives have not confirmed a motive. The suspect was still in the hospital in stable condition Wednesday, after trying to kill himself with an overdose of pills and stabbing himself in the chest.
