HOUSTON U.S. Marshals and Fort Bend County deputies have arrested the seventh and final suspect in two area bank robberies.

Karrmyne Laron Barros, 31, was arrested in Houston last week.

He, along with six other suspects, is accused in connection with two bank robberies in northwest Fort Bend County in October one at the Capital One Bank in the 23900 block of Westheimer, and one at the IBC Bank in the 10500 block of State Highway 6.

Investigators said three suspects robbed the Capital One Bank on October 3. Three days later, four suspects hit the IBC Bank.

By October 11, detectives had identified at two of the suspects Ashley Ann Jackson, 23, and Johnathan Charles Simmons, 22. By October 13, Simmons had been arrested and a third suspect, Darius Broussard, 17, had been identified.

Jackson surrendered to the Fort Bend County Sheriff s Office on October 14.

A warrant for Broussard was sent to Lafayette, La., where police took him into custody.

On some of these arrests, we received tips from the Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers hotline, and on the rest, it was good hard work by our detectives, said Captain James Burger of the Sheriff s Office Criminal Investigation Division. Our warrants division did an outstanding job of rounding up the remaining suspects who played a role in these two robberies.

Authorities also arrested and charged Amyillia Bruno and Dominique Blakley.

Farouk Okariko, 24, was being held in the Harris County Jail on a parole violation.

Investigators said Simmons, Bruno and Jackson were the suspects who entered the Capital One Bank. The same three, joined by Broussard, were the ones who went into the IBC Bank for the hold-up, according to detectives.

Odariko, Blakley and Barros were drivers, investigators said.

Jackson, Simmons and Bruno are charged with two counts of aggravated robbery. Simmons is also facing a charge of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and a parole violation.

Broussard, Blakley and Barros are charged with one count of aggravated robbery.
