DALLAS -- Authorities say a second man has been arrested for making threats, as the investigation into the Kaufman County killings continues.
Fifty-two- year- old Robert Allan Miller is now charged with making a terroristic threat.
Investigators say he named an assistant Kaufman County district attorney online and said the man would soon perish.
The comment was apparently made on Facebook.
Miller is being held on $1 million bond.
He is the second man charged with terroristic threats.
Fifty-six-year-old Nick Morale is accused of calling a tip line set up after the district attorney and his wife were murdered and said the judge is next.
Investigators say there s word on who he meant.
Morale is also being held on $1 million bond.
