FORT WORTH, Texas Screaming, kicking windows and cursing; it s behavior all caught on camera inside a Fort Worth police patrol car last month.

The person in handcuffs and behind the outbursts is Andrew Peterson. The Saginaw police officer resigned February 5 after allegations of abuse toward customers and officers surfaced during his public intoxication arrest at a Fort Worth hotel on January 26. Peterson was off-duty at the time.

News 8 obtained the videos after submitting an open records request to the Fort Worth Police Department.

PETERSON: I will beat the (expletive) out of those mother (expletive).

The video shows Peterson, 26, mumbling his words and lashing out at officers. Saginaw police previously said the rookie s behavior embarrassed the city and the department.

The tirade inside the police cruiser got worse as each minute passed by. The video is about 30 minutes long.

PETERSON: Get me the (expletive) out of here (expletive). Get me out of here, dude.

OFFICER: Hey, you are a police officer right?

PETERSON: Get me out of here, dude.

OFFICER: What do you do whenever bad guys kick out your windows?

PETERSON: Get me out of here please, dude.

OFFICER: That's what's going to happen to you.

PETERSON: Get me out of here please, dude.

OFFICER: Do not kick out the window.

PETERSON: And I won't; I will not. Get me out of this police vehicle.

On the way to jail, Peterson remained calm, But that was not the end of his tirade.

OFFICER: Hey, quit kicking the window.

PETERSON: I apologize, sir.

That apology didn't last long. There isn't audio on the videos from the jail we received through an open records request, but according to Fort Worth police, the verbal attacks against officers and staff continued.

It all ended when officers put Peterson in a holding area.

Weeks later, Peterson lost his job. He was with the force only six months.
