AUSTIN, Texas-- Police are searching for a man who shot four people in downtown Austin.

The gunman opened fire in front of the Blind Pig Bar just before 2:30 a.m. Sunday. Once police arrived, they found two women shot. One had wound to her leg. The other woman was shot in the foot. Shortly after, police found two men shot about one block away. Both men were shot in the lower body. All four victims had non-life-threatening injuries.

A cashier, Laxami Aryel,at Scruffy's Souvenir's was working during the shooting.

I'm talking to a customer and this big sound is coming -- firing sound, Aryel said. Everybody running and coming inside my store. Some lady's, 'hey! hey! hey!,' shaking her hand. She scared me. 'What happened? One guy's firing at me.'

Investigators found a gun that they believe was used in the shooting. However, the shooter is still on the loose.

He was last seen heading north on San Jacinto Boulevard, toward the University of Texas campus. UT police sent out an alert to studentsSunday morning describing the shooter, but announced the situation as all clear around 4:45 a.m.

A witness who saw the entire shooting was not able to go on camera, but he told KVUENews that he only heard one gunshot. He also said one of the female victims was actually standing across the street from theBlind Pig when she was shot.

Police are still investigating the shooting. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
