HOUSTON The board of directors of the Professional Photographer s Guild of Houstonis calling for an emergency meeting after more complaints surfaced about a local wedding photographer.

The 11 News I-Team was initially contacted by a client of K4 Photography who said she d been waiting for her wedding album for five years.

After the original report, more clients came forward, like Pam Hall. Hall said she paid K4 Photography about $2,000 to shoot her daughter s wedding. She said they were told they d have a wedding album within three to six months.

Instead, Hall said they ve waited for two years, with no word on the photos.

I thought we were the only ones, Hall said. We never heard a thing. Nothing. Zero.

As it turns out, K4 Photography has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau for failing to answer dozens of complaints.

Dan Parsons of the BBB said clients should look for photographers who are members of the guild. But even that doesn t guarantee good results.

K4 s owner, Krista Kalfus is in fact a member of the Houston Professional Photographer s Guild.

Guild leaders said the organization used to police photographers for bad behavior, but now, it doesn t.

Obviously, this was one that slipped through the cracks, and we were not aware that this was going on to this extent, Dean Grimes of the Houston Professional Photographer s Guild said.

Over the phone, Kalfus blamed her troubles on an assistant who no longer works for K4.

She also pledged to do whatever it takes to satisfy her customers.

She should apologize to everyone this has happened to, Hall said.

As for the couple who first alerted the I-Team to the problem with K4, they said their long-awaited album is now in the process of being delivered.
