ARCOLA, Texas A person of interest is being sought in a fatal shooting case that occurred in January in Arcola.
Fort Bend County Crimes Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of the suspects involved in the homicide.
There was no name given, but he s believed by investigators to be the man who shot three people outside the El Taco Regio restaurant, located in the 5200 block of FM 521, on Jan. 19.
One of the victims, 30-year old Kenny Perez died.
The suspect is a Hispanic male, about 5-feet 8-inches tall with a slender build.
He was wearing red pants and a blue shirt that had a prominent logo on the front. He had closely cropped hair and was wearing a necklace made of beads.
Another suspect is slightly taller, has a bigger build and is about the same height. He was wearing a blue synthetic jacket and had sunglasses on top of closely cropped hair. He also is a Hispanic male.
Two other Hispanic males were in the group that got into the confrontation.
One is about 5-feet 9-inches tall and has a slender build. He was wearing a blue shirt open at the collar and dark pants. He had a crew cut hairstyle.
The other suspect was wearing a plaid shirt with a blue baseball cap and dark pants. He also was wearing a synthetic material jacket.
