HOUSTON - Everyone involved in a rollover crash on the South Loop overnight escaped serious injury, police said.
Officers with the Houston Police Department said the crash happened at 10 p.m. near the exit for Telephone Road.
The driver of a sport utility vehicle told police someone cut him off, causing him to swerve and hit the freeway s guardrail. The SUV then swerved back into the main lanes and hit a pickup truck before rolling over and sliding upside down.
The SUV s driver was treated at the scene and was expected to be okay. The driver of the truck was not injured.
Police said the person who allegedly cut off the SUV and caused the crash never stopped.
