HOUSTON It was a beautiful Friday with a northwesterly wind and brilliant, blue skies and the same can be expected of Saturday, said KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist Gene Norman.

This evening, temperatures will quickly drop through the 70s and into the 60s. It will continue to get as low as 49 in Huntsville, 52 in the Woodlands and 53 in Houston.

It will warm back up for a beautiful Saturday afternoon with highs expected in the low to mid-80s. The forecast show more humidity on Sunday, and conditions warming up even more as the work week begins.

The next cool down to look forward to should come around next weekend, when clouds and light showers are expected to make a return.
