HOUSTON- Sharpstown's run-n-gun offense was too much for Reagan Friday night at Del Mar, out scoring Reagan 77-62. Andre Potts' 27 points made him the game's scoring leader, but was not enough to help the Bulldogs get past Sharpstown.
The Apollos added some razzle-dazzle to their victory, showing off some alley oops and a show stopping dunk or two, mainly performed ny Malik Henderson and Cullen Wallace.
Reagan's spot shooting was better than Sharpstown, with Andre Potts sinking three pointers with ease, but under the basket and off the break, the Apollos ran over Reagan. Sharpstown's team speed helped lead to fast breaks which would be a difference maker.
