HOUSTON -- We spoke with one woman who's armed and ready if a flasher strikes again at the TCJester Park.

Bonnie Yezak said she and a friend have seen the man half a dozen times in the last 18 months, always early in the morning.

Each time he's in the same group of shrubs with a shirt over his head exposing himself. Now

Yezak carries protection.

This is a taser. It has a flashlight, and when you put it on the red dot, you just carry it and when you need it, you just push the red button, Yezak said.

Joggers are worried the flasher could do something more dangerous.

Now they're asking the city to cut down the shrubbery where he likes to hide before exposing himself.
