PEARLAND -- Three League City high school students have been arrested for taking property out of the several vehicles in Pearland, according to authorities.
League City police say they responded to a single-car crash on Sunday morning.
The driver of a vehicle had fallen asleep at the wheel and hit a pole, according to police.
During their investigation, League City police found property in the vehicle they believed were stolen from homes in Pearland. League City police contacted Pearland police.
Officers determined that between midnight and 4:30 a.m. on March 3, ten vehicles and two garages had been burglarized in the Towne Lake Estates subdivision.
Officials said the stolen property included cash, DVDs, sports equipment, fishing poles, a computer, a firearm and ammunition, a GPS unit, speakers and an amplifier.
The suspects were identified as 17-year-old Matthew Wymyczak, 19-year-old Mason Allen and 18 year-old Daniel Lozano.
All three suspects are from League City and students at Clear Springs High School.
They are all charged with Burglary of a Vehicle, Burglary of a Habitation, Burglary of a Building and Theft of a Firearm.
They are being held in the Brazoria County Jail on bonds totaling $105,000 each.
