HOUSTON An angry customer is accused of pulling a gun on the owner of an auto repair shop who refused to give him an invoice for his work, according to Houston police.

Cedric Casher, 26, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Police said Casher s car was being repaired at the M&M Auto Repair located in the 9200 block of West Bellfort.

On October 19, Casher allegedly went to the shop to demand an invoice for his repairs, but the owner would not turn it over because the bill hadn t been paid.

That angered Casher, the owner said. Casher allegedly pulled a semi-automatic pistol from his waistband and placed it to the shop owner s head. He made the man go to the office to get the invoice and pushed him to the ground, according to court documents.

The owner told Casher police had been called, so Casher fled the scene.

A workerat a tire shop next door said he saw Casher arguing with the owner and pulling the gun on him. The witness said Casher advised him to mind his own business, so he walked away. Other customers who witnessed the event also gave statements to police.

Casher s bail was set at $30,000.
