As the sun came up Wednesday, the U.S. got its first look at what Hurricane Isaac left behind overnight as it stalled over the Louisiana-Mississippi coastline. Rescue workers tried to get residents out of harm's wayafter flooding in lowerPlaquemines Parish, south of NewOrleans. Wind damage and flooding was reported along the coast.
