Logging work tops Forbes' latest list of the 10 most dangerous jobs in the United States.

Data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics' National Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries show that the fatal work injury rate for loggers is 127.8 per 100,000 full-time workers. A total of 62 logging workers were killed on the job last year.

The census data was just released Thursday and offers a preliminary count. The final 2012 data will come out in the spring of 2014 and it shouldn't be much different, Forbes said.
