GALVESTON Kim Morgan was admiring the view from her Galveston condo Friday morning when she had to do a double take. She spotted a horse running west on Seawall Boulevard.
Don t see that very often. The horse was even running in the right direction of traffic, Morgan said.
She said drivers slowed down to avoid hitting the horse.
A couple of cars gently cornered the horse as its owner chased behind with a rope, Morgan said.
The owner corralled his sea horse and led it back to its trailer.
