HOUSTON Houston police have tracked down a teenager they say fatally stabbed a man during a Texans football game watch party on October 14.

Saul Gutierrez, 17, was charged with murder.

Two groups of neighbors in the 4700 block of McEwen Street got into an argument over the Houston Texans vs. Greenbay Packers game.

A fight broke out and Gutierrez pulled a butterfly knife, stabbed Gerardo Lopez and fled the scene.

Lopez s family rushed him to Ben Taub Hospital, where he later died.

Witnesses were able to provide a description of the suspect, then later positively identified Gutierrez.

A warrant was issued and formal charges were filed.

Gutierrez is out on a $50,000 bond.
