| Recommended Weary's legal woes 'family matter' say Texans

Fred Weary's legal worries are far from over, but Texans head coach Gary Kubiak said those problems have not affected his the big lineman's play on the field. The coach also calls the situation a “family matter.”
As 11 News first reported, Weary is under investigation for disorderly conduct inside a Houston nightclub and for allegedly assaulting his wife.
Weary has not been charged with the incident that erupted last week at a Houston swingers club.
