With so many key players going down to injuries, the Houston Texans are fortunate to get one back from injury.
Tight end C.J. Fiedorowicz is eligible to come off the injured reserve list this week and be ready to play against the Los Angeles Rams.
The team’s top tight end, Fiedorowicz has not played since the first half of the opening loss to Jacksonville. He suffered a nasty-looking concussion. It was his third documented concussion in the last 10 months. He suffered one late last season, missing the Week 15 game. Fiedorowicz also missed much of the preseason after getting another brain injury over the summer.
Fiedorowicz can only help the passing offense, which lost his primary replacement, Ryan Griffin, during last week’s game. Fiedorowicz is one of the league’s better all-purpose tight ends.
