Kerr fined $25,000 by NBA for criticizing officiating

NEW YORK (AP) — Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr has been fined $25,000 by the NBA for publicly criticizing officiating.

The penalty announced Sunday was for comments Kerr made during a radio interview on Thursday, when he complained about how referees miss what he believes should be obvious traveling calls.

The Warriors beat Toronto the previous night and Kerr used the Raptors' DeMar DeRozan as an example.
