HOUSTON – The Houston Texans made several roster moves on Friday, cutting several players including former University of Houston QB Case Keenum.

Although being released, Keenum is expected to clear waivers and could be placed on the Texans practice squad team.

"Obviously we think a lot of Case and what he’s gone through and we’ve got to put a practice squad together," said head coach Gary Kubiak. "He’s getting great consideration from that standpoint so we’re going to make sure we got enough guys knowing our system moving forward so we don’t get caught like we did last year and having to scramble in such a tough time."

Keenum wasn’t the only one to get cut. Here is a list of the other players let go by the Texans on Friday afternoon.
