MCALLEN – The Houston Rockets announced today that rookie center Donatas Motiejunas missed the team’s second day workouts because of an infection.
D-Mo, as most call him, is being treated with antibiotics and his participation at future practices will evaluated on a daily basis. The Rockets hope Motiejunas will play a key role for their young team this season. He was drafted in 2011 and spent last season playing overseas.
