Jimbo Fisher on radio show: 'No decision has been made anywhere'

As rumors continue to surround Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher regarding a possible move to Texas A&M, Fisher decided to appear on ESPNU on Sirius XM.

Appearing on "Playbook" with Andy Staples and Danny Kanell, Fisher stuck with the same message he's delivered for years regarding coaching rumors.

"I'm not going to answer questions about jobs," he said on the show.

The question was followed up by whether Fisher understood the fans frustration with that answer.

Again, Fisher was short.

"No doubt," he said.

Fisher said he'll address coaching rumors after the final game of the season.

"We're coaching through this game," he said. "We always make decisions at the end of the year when things are... after they finished."

Things seem to have reached a boiling point Wednesday night during Fisher's weekly call-in show. A fan was forcibly removed from the audience after he questioned Fisher's loyalty to the program.

"I was going to answer the question," Fisher said. "I'll say this: I don't think they should have did what they did. The man asked a question, he deserved an answer and I would have gladly answered. I'm sorry we did that.

"I am loyal. We're busting our tail 16 hours a day and coaching this season for the best possible season these kids can have. No decision has been made anywhere."

He even addressed the impact on recruits. Wednesday night, three players committed from Florida State.

"You always worry," Fisher said. "Recruiting, they go through those cycles all the time. There's still time for decisions to be made for them. Like you say, if there's uncertainty, you understand that. You get those questions all the time.

"Sometimes it happens with situations like this. Sometimes it happens, 'Hey I just want to take one more visit to make sure.' It's things we live with in our world all the time."
