DALLAS -- Domestic violence charges against Heisman Trophy-winner Johnny Manziel have been dropped, and details about his case dismissal have been released.
The documents obtained by WFAA on Friday show that Manziel must complete an anger management course, attend a domestic violence victim impact panel, and take part in the NFL's policy and program for substance abuse or a rehabilitation program.
The 23-year-old former Cleveland quarterback is accused of hitting and threatening former girlfriend Colleen Crowley during a night out in January.
The dismissal agreement also requires that Manziel have no contact with Crowley.
Manziel's next court date to finalize the requirements is set for Jan. 12.
