OAKLAND, Calif. -- Major League Baseball clubs paid tribute to the City of Boston Tuesday night in song.

Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline” is a staple at Boston’s Fenway Park during Red Sox games.

MLB teams played the song during games across the country Tuesday night’s. “Sweet Caroline” was played during the eighth inning of the Oakland Athletics-Houston Astros game.
